This session will address design considerations and practical approaches to creating and sustaining organizational performance related to compliance requirements. It will address:
- sources of compliance requirements,
- methodologies for identifying performance objectives in the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains, and
- holistic approaches to enabling compliant performance which incorporate training and other mechanisms.
The session will look at compliance from a variety of viewpoints, including the regulator, the enforcer, and the regulated.
