Alex Band joined Partners Capital in 2013 and is a Partner. He is the Chief Investment Officer and waspreviously Head of Public Equities, covering long only and long/short strategies. He is a member of theGlobal Investment Committee. Prior to joining Partners Capital, Alex was at Bain Capital, located inBoston and New York. He was a part of the global private equity group, responsible for investment duediligence, deal execution and portfolio management. Previously, Alex was a Consultant at Bain &Company in San Francisco. Alex holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. He graduated from HarvardCollege with a BA in Biochemical Sciences.
