Frederick T. Pye is the Founder and a Director of 3iQ Digital Holdings Inc. He is also the active Portfolio Manager for the 3iQ Digital Asset Fund. Mr. Pye is recognized for creating and promoting innovative investment products. As Portfolio Manager, he leverages his knowledge and team to conduct fundamental analysis on popular blockchains and supplements the performance with a proven quantitative model. He is renowned for pioneering the first major exchange-listed physical Bitcoin Fund in the world. He has proactively worked, and challenged regulators to create some of the most unique products such as (ETHQ.U), the first Ether Staking ETF. In 2024, he won the Wealth Professional Award for Fund Manager Innovator of the Year. Prior to this, Mr. Pye was Founder, President, and CEO of Argentum Management and Research Corporation, a company dedicated to managing and distributing quantitative investment portfolios, including the first long-short mutual fund in Canada. He was also Senior Vice-President and National Sales Manager of Fidelity Investments Canada. He held various positions with Guardian Trust Company, which listed the first Gold, Silver, and Platinum Certificates on the Montreal Exchange in the early '80s. Mr. Pye obtained a Masters in Business Administration from Concordia University in Montreal. He resides in Bermuda and is a member of the Board of Robotix AI XBOT:CDN and Canada Stablecorp, a pioneer in stablecoins and the founder of QCAD.
