Jeff is Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for Quadrata, Inc., a web3 native digital identity company where he is also a member of the board of directors. Previously, Jeff was General Counsel and a member of the founding team for Vertex Protocol, CEO for the Association for Digital Asset Markets and Chief Legal Officer for Och-Ziff Capital Management Group where he led the firm’s IPO.  As outside counsel, Jeff has advised financial services firms and structured a broad range of financial products at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, Crowell & Moring LLP and Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP.  Jeff is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law and Purdue University. He serves as a Board Member for the Wolf Conservation Center in South Salem, New York.
