Leah Dillon is a senior-level investment professional with extensive real asset knowledge of the institutional landscape.  Leah joined Alliance Global Advisors as Chief Operating Officer & Head of Partner Engagement.

Prior to joining Alliance, Leah was a member of the Client and Partner Group at KKR, covering institutional clients and consultants in North America with an exclusive focus on the KKR Real Estate platform. Prior to joining KKR, she was a senior vice president for Prologis Inc, covering European and Canadian clients for their strategic capital business. Ms. Dillon brings over two decades of experience working in various roles within real estate investment banking, asset management and capital raising at Sabretooth Capital Management, Macquarie Group Limited, Citigroup Property Investors and AEW Capital Management.

Leah is a current member of WX and CHIEF. She is a former Board Member of Friends of Larchmont Parks and was a co-host and mentor of IREI Springboard.  She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Babson College.  She holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Leah lives in Mamaroneck, NY, with her two boys, Jack and Sam and their cat, Mono. In her spare time, she enjoys paddle boarding on the Long Island Sound, listening to live music, spending time with friends and family and learning new things (currently pickleball and tennis).
