Ryne Miller is the Founder and Managing Partner of Miller Strategic Partners LLP, a law firm advising traditional and emerging financial markets companies, trading firms, and individuals and executives.  Miller specializes in responding to governmental and regulatory inquiries, internal investigations, commercial disputes, and trading and markets regulatory advice. He is based in New York City.  Previously he has been the General Counsel of FTX US, a Partner and co-head of the commodities, futures, and derivatives practice at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, and legal counsel to then-CFTC Chairman Gary Gensler.
