TuongVy Le
Vy is the General Counsel of Anchorage Digital, home to the only federally chartered crypto bank in the U.S., enabling institutions to participate in digital assets through custody staking, trading, governance, settlement, and more. She has served as the Partner and Head of Regulatory and Policy at Bain Capital Crypto, Bain Capital’s first crypto and blockchain technology-dedicated venture capital fund, and Deputy General Counsel and Compliance Officer at Worldcoin, the open-source digital identity protocol. Prior to joining the crypto industry, Vy served almost six years at the SEC, first as Senior Counsel in the Division of Enforcement, where she worked on some of the agency's first crypto matters, and later as Chief Counsel of the Office of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs, where she engaged with Congress, the White House, and other federal and state entities on digital assets policy. She began her legal career at the law firm WilmerHale, where she counseled traditional financial institutions and public companies on a wide array of financial regulatory issues. She is a graduate of Yale Law School and the University of California, San Diego.
