W. Sean Ford is a proud Wyoming resident and serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of tech experience in start-up, mid-stage and large public companies. He is currently the CEO of XSY (eksy), an early stage start-up focused on building liquidity and TVL in native blockchain ecosystems using stable assets as the primary catalyst to unlock economic activity. Sean was a member of the founding team at Algorand as COO and then as CEO where he worked on several national and regional CBDC projects and also with dozens of stable asset issuers around the world. At the start of his professional career, Sean spent seven years as a senior strategy consultant with Monitor Group, and in 1999 he co-founded Upromise, Inc. where he was vice-president of product management and product marketing. He earned a BA in English from Williams College and an MBA from Harvard University Graduate School of Business. He is also the 2024 men's singles pickleball champion for Wyoming.
