Zach Bradford is CleanSpark’s CEO and president. He servedas the company’s CFO from 2014 to 2019. In 2013, he founded an accounting firmin Nevada, where he was active until 2019, now retaining ownership as anon-active partner. Zach’s financial leadership spans public and private firms,including a regional retail chain. He is an accomplished leader in publiccompany reporting and accounting, Bitcoin infrastructure economics includingthe ASIC and energy markets, and mergers and acquisitions. He holds abachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting from Southern Utah University.Zach enjoys building teams, strategic thinking, and mountain biking.
